In the four years, I have been practicing and working with women, four out of five women are unaware they have a cycle or fluctuations in their bodies week to week.


Most women think they're crazy and get labeled bipolar, and I know I used to feel like that, too.


That's why this work is so important.


I am on a mission to help every woman see how beautifully made she is and guide her on this road of self-discovery.


And my goal is to get you there in less than half the time it took me, without all the messy turns.


Cycle syncing is a powerful tool available to all biologically born women. It involves living in awareness of the God-given cycle your body undergoes every month and understanding that it overflows into every area of your life. Hi, I am Jeannette👋


I'm a Chinese medicine practitioner and Licensed Acupuncturist who is obsessed with helping women overcome heavy and painful periods.


You might be wondering why I care about this so much, and the reason is that I myself used to suffer from painful periods. Every month I would get very bad abdominal and lower back cramps, and mood swings that completely changed my personality.


Learning about my period help me transform my life. Not having pain was a major win, but I also learned how to use my God given design to create balance in my life.


I went from painful periods, burnt out, zero boundaries, and zero confidence, to painless periods, feeling good in my body and knowing how to say no.


In my journey God has burdened my heart to help other women do this for themselves so that they can live the life He created them for.

What is the Fix Your Period Boot Camp?

The Fix Your Period Boot Camp is a 5-week group coaching program designed to help women understand and manage their menstrual health naturally. The program includes weekly live coaching calls, course materials, and access to a supportive community.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?

No worries! All live coaching sessions are recorded, and you will have access to the replays. This allows you to watch at your convenience and revisit the content as needed.

Are there payment plans available?

Currently no payment plans are available

Is there a refund policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

How much time commitment is expected?

Each call will go on for 1.5 hours to 2 hours at most. I understand everyone is very busy and will not go over that time frame.

Will I receive personalized advice?

While the program provides general guidance applicable to many, the live Q&A sessions offer an opportunity for more personalized advice. For in-depth, individualized support, consider enrolling in our one-on-one coaching programs. You can also upgrade and opt-in to recieve two 1:1 calls.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered online via the weekly live coaching calls which are held once a week. You will also receive course materials, including guides and worksheets, to complement each week's lesson.

When do the calls take place?

Calls will take place every Wednesday at 7pm EST starting September 25, 2024 and will go on for 5 weeks

How do I access the course materials and live sessions?

Once you enroll, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course materials and join the live sessions. You will also be added to our Telegram group for ongoing support and community interaction.
